Pursuant to Schedule 2, paragraph (g) and AIM Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, Cesare Valli informed the Company today that he has resigned from his role as Chairman and CEO of Novaradio with effect from 25 July 2016, in order to concentrate fully on his role within SEC.
