Ramco Energy PLC29 July 2005 29 July 2005 RAMCO ENERGY PLC GRANTS SHARE OPTIONS TO BOARD MEMBERS Ramco Energy plc announces that it has granted today, share options to membersof the Board, under the Company's Employee Share Option Scheme. Mr Steve Remp, Chairman received 300,000 options. Following the award of theseoptions, Mr Remp has a total holding of 432,500 options. Mr Steven Bertram, Managing Director received 150,000 options. Following theaward of these options, Mr Bertram has a total holding of 250,000 options. Mr N Stewart Cumming, Managing Director of Ramco Oil Services Limited received70,000 options. Following the award of these options Mr Cumming has a totalholding of 170,000 options. Non-Executive Directors, Malcolm Hay and Dennis Paterson have each been granted70,000 options. These options represent the total number of options held by eachNon-Executive Director. All of the options for Ordinary 10p shares were granted, for no consideration,at an exercise price of 34p.
