VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:
As at 31 March 2022, the Company's issued share capital consists of 517,819,180 ordinary shares of 5 pence each with voting rights (assuming cancellation of shares purchased prior to the date of this announcement pursuant to the Company's share buyback programme (announced on 27 January 2022)). The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 517,819,180.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
