Board Change
SDX Energy Plc (AIM: SDX), the EMEA-focused oil and gas company, announces that Nick Box, SDX's Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Board of his intention to resign, effective immediately, in order to pursue other opportunities.
A search for Nick's replacement has already commenced and Nick will remain with the Company for the time necessary to ensure a smooth hand over of his role and responsibilities.
