Sondex PLC19 June 2006 19 June 2006 Sondex plc ("Sondex" or the "Company") Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London StockExchange for admission to the Official List for the block listing of 5,000,000new ordinary shares which may be issued from time to time under two of theCompany's share option schemes, comprising up to 2,000,000 new ordinary sharesunder the 2003 Employee Share Option Scheme and 3,000,000 new ordinary sharesunder the PSP Share Option Scheme. These shares, will rank pari passu with theexisting ordinary shares in issue. It is expected that admission will becomeeffective on 23 June 2006.
