Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and persons closely associated with them ("PCA")
On 22 September 2017 the final cash dividend paid by the Company on 22 September 2017 was reinvested by the following PDMRs by way of an election under the SuperGroup Share Incentive Plan to purchase shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as set out below at a price of £15.68 per share.
