The Company announces that on 1 December 2017 the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) were issued with a total of 3,247 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), as set out below, pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's 2014 SAYE scheme at an option price of £9.42 ("Options").
