Notification and public disclosure of transactions by Director/persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and persons closely associated with them ("PCA")
On 25 February 2017, SuperGroup was notified by Jon Wragg, Global Trading Director, that he had sold 2,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. SuperGroup was also notified on 25 February 2017 that Jon Wragg and Juliette Wragg (PCA to Jon Wragg) had purchased 1,200 Ordinary Shares and 800 Ordinary Shares, respectively, via their individual ISAs.
