The Company announces that Andrea Cartwright, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR), was issued with a total of 967 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's 2013 SAYE scheme at an option price of £9.3013 ("Options").
The transaction was notified to the Company by the PDMR on 9 December 2016.
