CFO Designate and Director Appointment
Following its announcement on 23 January 2018 entitled 'Chief Financial Officer Succession Planning' Superdry confirms that Ed Barker will join the Company on 16 April 2018.
On joining Superdry Ed Barker will be appointed a Director of the Company and will have the title CFO Designate. Nick Wharton will remain a Director of the Company and Superdry's Chief Financial Officer until 16 July 2018 by which point Ed Barker will have completed a full induction and handover programme.
Ed Barker is a non-executive director at Staffline Group plc. No further details remain to be disclosed in respect of Ed Barker's appointment under Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
