In accordance with LR 9.6.14(2), SDL PLC was informed that Glenn Collinson, an independent non-executive director, was appointed an independent non-executive director of Aquis Exchange PLC with effect from 8 January 2019, subject to FCA approval. FCA approval has now been received and Glenn Collinson's appointment to the Aquis Exchange PLC board has now become effective.
