Application for Listing
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets of 87,068 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares").
The New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be issued as consideration shares to satisfy the final contingent earn out payment due to the vendors pursuant to the sale and purchase agreement in respect of the acquisition of Bemoko Consulting Limited by the Company on 8 February 2013.
It is expected that admission will become effective on 16 February 2015.
