Trading Update

Scientific Digital Imaging plc (AIM: SDI) the AIM quoted group focused on scientific and technology products for use in applications including life sciences, healthcare, astronomy, consumer manufacturing and art conservation, is pleased to announce an update on trading for the 12 month period ended 30 April 2016.

The Board expects reported profit before tax to be in line with expectations. The new acquisition, Sentek Limited, has met management's expectations and has made a good contribution to the profitability of the Group.

Ken Ford, Chairman of SDI commented:

"We now have a solid profitable platform on which to grow the Group both organically and through acquisition. As anticipated, our latest acquisition Sentek Limited, has been earning enhancing and the Board looks forward to the new financial year with confidence."

The final results for the year to 30 April 2016 will be released in July 2016.
