SCIENTIFIC DIGITAL IMAGING PLC

DEALING BY DIRECTOR

Scientific Digital Imaging (AIM: SDI, "SDI" or the "Company"), the AIM quoted group that builds and sells scientific instruments based on digital imaging technology, predominantly for applications in the life sciences, was notified on 25 July 2013 that, on the same day, Mike Creedon, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 5,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at 18p per share. Following this transaction Mike Creedon holds a total of 7,500 shares which represents approximately 0.03% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
