Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") Awards
Scientific Digital Imaging plc, the AIM quoted group focused on the design and manufacture of scientific and technology products for use in digital imaging and sensing and control applications, including life sciences, healthcare, astronomy, manufacturing and art conservation, announces details of awards on 21 December 2018 under the Scientific Digital Imaging plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2018 ("LTIP") (the "Grant").
The LTIP has been established to incentivise management to increase shareholder value over the long term. The Remuneration Committee is keen to ensure that remuneration for the Company's senior team will be effective and fair and motivate them to deliver success for the Company, its shareholders and employees.
Pursuant to the LTIP, the following awards have been made:

The nil paid awards are subject to a 3 year performance period (the "Performance Period") followed by a holding period to be determined by the Remuneration Committee. The awards are further subject to claw back and malus provisions. The performance condition for the awards is linked to the Company's growth measured in EPS and total shareholder return.
