Further to the announcement made today by Next Fifteen Communications Group PLC ("Next 15"), Softcat notes that Robyn Perriss, Non-Executive Director of the Company, will join the Board of Next 15 as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 12 November 2020. Next 15 is a family of marketing businesses spanning digital content, PR, consumer, technology, marketing software, market research, public affairs and policy communications.
This disclosure is made in accordance with LR 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.
