Additional Listing of Shares
Softcat today announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for an additional listing of 300,000 ordinary shares of £0.0005 each in relation to the Softcat plc Company Share Option Plan to trade on the London Stock Exchange.
It is expected that the 300,000 ordinary shares will be admitted to trade on the Official List on the 1 November 2017. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
This disclosure is made pursuant to paragraph 3.5.5R of the Listing Rules.
