Scapa Group plc (AIM: SCPA) (the 'Company') announces that it was notified on 9 February 2021 that Mrs Wendy Baker, Group General Counsel and Company Secretary and a PDMR of the Company, sold a total of 14,285 Ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 222.04p per share.
The notification set out in the Annex below, which was made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details of such sale.
