Distribution Contracts

Sealand Capital Galaxy Limited (LSE: SCGL) is delighted to announce that it has entered into exclusive, three-year product-specific distribution contracts with two British brands; Richard James and Czech & Speake, and two Nordic brands; HH Simonsen and INARI Arctic Beauty, for Hong Kong, Macau and mainland China ("the territories").

Richard James is a Savile Row tailor and menswear company, and the Company is now the sole distributor of the brand's Aqva Aromatica Scents Collection in the territories. Czech & Speake sells a comprehensive range of men's fragrances, accessories, lavish shaving gift sets and exquisite leather goods, of which Sealand is now also the sole distributor in the territories.

HH Simonsen and INARI Arctic Beauty are respected Nordic brands. HH Simonsen is a Jutland, Denmark-based provider of professional styling tools, brushes and hair products to salons, stylists and consumers. INARI is a Finnish natural skincare brand, with product formulas designed to activate the skin's healing and renewal. Each of their products is a meticulously researched blend of potent, plant-derived actives that are proven with efficacy and are also safe and stable.

The Company is in negotiations for the sale of these products by an internationally known department store in the territories, both online and in store. The Company is also currently in negotiations with other brands regarding similar sole distribution deals, and will update the market accordingly in due course.

Michel and Alain have, respectively, also created fragrances for Burberry and Pierre Cardin. We look forward to introducing, and reintroducing, consumers in Asia to their work through a new brand. Additionally, we expect the Nordic produced HH Simonsen and INARI products (such as their Rejuvenating Eye Cream, Hydration Cleanser and Lifting Serum) to resonate very strongly with consumers in Asia, as products from this region are highly desirable, and have a reputation for quality and attractive design."
