Sealand Capital Galaxy Limited ("Sealand" or "the Company") is pleased to confirm that, further to the Company's announcement on 17 August 2020, application has been made for the 5,780,346 new ordinary shares referred to therein to be admitted to trading and it is expected that admission will become effective at 08.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 25 August 2020.
