Surface Transforms plc (AIM: SCE) announces that on 27 February 2012, the Company received notification that Richard Gledhill, non executive director of the Company, had acquired 100,000 ordinary shares at 11p per share earlier that day. Richard Gledhill is now interested in 7,664,723 ordinary shares which equates to 24.04 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
