Voting rights and capital

In accordance with PRM 1.6.4R the Company confirms that between 1 April 2026 and 30 April 2026, the Company has issued a further 996,446 ordinary shares of 284/7 pence each (ISIN: GB00B019KW72) under the Sharesave Plan (Savings-Related Share Option Scheme). 1

In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the 'Rules'), the Company confirms that, as at 30 April 2026 its issued ordinary share capital consisted of 2,273,534,012 ordinary shares of 284/7 pence each. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 2,273,534,012.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
