Board Changes
In line with previous announcements on 11 July 2018 and 1 November 2018, David Tyler will be stepping down from the Board on 9 March 2019 and Martin Scicluna will be appointed as Chairman on 10 March 2019.
Dame Susan Rice, Senior Independent Director, commented:
