 Dividend Declaration

Sabre Insurance Group plc announced in its year end results released on 22 March 2022 that it will pay a total dividend of approximately £23.25m in respect of the year ended 31 December 2021. The final dividend of 4.7 pence per Ordinary Share and special dividend of 4.6 pence per Ordinary Share will be paid, subject to shareholder approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting, to shareholders on the Register of Members on the record date of 29 April 2022. The ex-dividend date will therefore be 28 April 2022. Both the final and special dividends will be paid on 1 June 2022.
