Notification of transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 01 September 2020 that Catherine Barton, Non-executive Director, and 03 September 2020 that Rebecca Shelley, Non-executive Director, purchased 267 and 266 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company respectively on the dates below at an average price of 262.68 pence and 265.50 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction"). The transactions were funded through the reinvestment of the interim dividend proceeds that they received in respect of their shareholding in the Company.
