Sabre Insurance Group plc ("Sabre" or the "Company")
Notification of transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") or Connected Persons
Sabre announces that the following transactions were undertaken by Directors and PDMRs in the ordinary shares of the Company on 7 April 2025, in connection with the maturity of the awards granted in 2022 under Sabre's 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
Sabre's Remuneration Committee resolved that the pre-determined underpins had been met, and therefore the awards will vest at 100%. It is noted that the vested shares have a further two-year holding period, however participants were able to sell shares to cover the tax liability which arose on vesting.
Further information on the LTIP grant and performance against its pre-determined underpins can be found in the Company's Annual Report, which is available on the Company's website www.sabreplc.co.uk.
