We advise that the Register of shareholders of our Bank will be closed for transfer of shares from Tuesday, the 24th May 2011 to Saturday, the 28th May 2011 (both days inclusive), for payment of dividend for 2010-11, if any, to be considered at Bank's Central Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 17th May, 2011. The relevant particulars as required are furnished in the enclosure.
