LISTING AGREEMENT: CLAUSE 30CENTRAL BOARD DIRECTORSBOARD LEVEL CHANGES
In terms of clause 30 of the Listing Agreement, we advise that, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section (19) and sub-section (1) of section (20) of the State Bank of India Act, 1955 (23 of 1955), the Central Government, after consultation with Reserve Bank of India, has appointed the undernoted Deputy Managing Directors, State Bank of India, as Managing Directors, State Bank of India, w.e.f. the date of their taking charge i.e. 07.04.2011, as detailed below:

In terms of clause 30 of the Listing Agreement, we advise that, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section (19) and sub-section (1) of section (20) of the State Bank of India Act, 1955 (23 of 1955), the Central Government, after consultation with Reserve Bank of India, has appointed Shri Pratip Chaudhuri (DOB: 12.09.1953), Deputy Managing Director State Bank of India, as Chairman, State Bank of India, w.e.f. the date of his taking charge i.e. 07.04.2011, upto 30.09.2013 i.e. the date of his attaining the age of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
