Director's Dealings

The board of the Company was informed on 09 July 2010 that Michael Moran, a director of the Company, sold shares in the Company for personal reasons as follows:-

* Michael Moran's holding includes 289,151 shares held by his wife, Joan O'Connor

These shares have been purchased by the Company for treasury at 30.0 pence per share.

As at the date of this announcement, Mr Moran has options over 337,736 ordinary shares.

The issued share capital of the Company is 15,985,155 ordinary shares and following the above purchase the company holds 1,448,333 shares for treasury resulting in the total number of voting rights in the Company being 14,536,822.
