The Board of the Company was informed on 19 November 2008 that Jonathan Cohen, a director of the Company, bought shares in the Company as follows:-

*1,087,776 shares are jointly owned with Bee Securities Ltd, a company 100% owned by Peter Conroy, a director of the Company.

As at the date of this announcement, Mr Cohen has options over 200,000 ordinary shares.

The issued share capital of the Company is 14,650,146 ordinary shares.
