Directorate change

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Sidlin as Group Finance Director and Company Secretary with immediate effect.

Mark Sidlin is a chartered accountant with extensive experience in the human resources sector. Mark was previously Group Finance Director at Penta Consulting Limited and MBA Michael Bailey Associates Plc, both IT and Telecoms recruitment companies. Prior to that he was an audit and IT partner in a city firm of chartered accountants.
