The percentage of Al Marjan Limited's total voting rights in sections A and B are calculated on a fully diluted basis. Al Marjan Limited has not reduced its shareholding, and this notification is as a result of a subsequent dilution of Al Marjan Limited's total voting rights based on Savannah's recent issue of 20,000,000 ordinary shares in respect of the purchase of mining assets in Portugal.
