PDMR Notification
Savannah, the resource development company focused on becoming Europe's most significant producer of spodumene lithium concentrate from its Barroso Lithium Project in Portugal, has been informed that, Slipstream Resources International Pty Ltd, a key shareholder, has aquired a total of 537,300 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 3.035 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this acquisition Slipstream Resources International Pty Ltd, the Company's second largest shareholder and a Person Closely Associated with Dale Ferguson, Interim CEO and Director under UK MAR, has a total beneficial interest in 147,717,300 Ordinary Shares representing 8.75% of the Company's issued shared capital. Mr Dale Ferguson holds a 31.25% interest in the Ordinary Shares that Slipstream Resources International Pty Ltd hold in Savannah. This takes Mr Ferguson's total beneficial interest in the Company's issued share capital to 3.0%.

About Savannah
