Appointment of Auditor

Satsuma Technology PLC [LSE: SATS] today announces that the board has approved the appointment of BDO LLP as auditor ahead of its proposed move from the Equity Shares (Transition) Category to the Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) Category of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority ("Uplisting").

This appointment follows the appointment of Andrew Smith as CFO announced on 14 October 2025 and the appointments of Canaccord Genuity and Latham & Watkins announced on 16 October 2025.

Satsuma aims to complete the Uplisting on or before 30 December 2025.
