Exercise of Warrants
Satsuma Technology PLC (LSE: SATS), a public company pioneering the convergence of decentralised AI and Bitcoin treasury strategy.
Satsuma notes that the following warrants have been exercised:
Fidelio Partners Pte Ltd, a company controlled by Matt Lodge, Chairman, has exercised 2,500,000 warrants at a price of 1.0p per warrant and 4,000,000 warrants at a price of 2.0p per warrant.Letter 4 Consulting Ltd, a company controlled by Darcy Taylor, Director, has exercised 2,500,000 warrants at a price of 1.0p per warrant and 3,000,000 warrants at a price of 2.0p per warrant. Dark Peak Services Ltd, a company controlled by Nick Lyth, has exercised 5,000,000 warrants at a price of 0.2p per warrant and 4,000,000 warrants at a price of 2.0p per warrant.Marallo Pte Ltd, a company controlled by Matt Lodge, Chairman has exercised 10,000,000 warrants at 0.2p per warrant. A warrant holder has exercised 5,000,000 warrants at a price of 0.2p per warrant.
Following the abovementioned exercise of warrants 36,000,000 new ordinary shares have been issued and an application will be made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading ("Admission"). Dealings are expected to commence on or around 12 August 2025.
The equity interests of the directors (including Nick Lyth who has subsequently ceased to be a director) are as follows:

Following the exercise of Warrants, the Company will have a total of 66,552,333 warrants in issue. Following Admission, the Company's total issued and voting share capital will consist of 527,800,200 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
Therefore, the above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
