Cambridge, UK, 03 October 2023Â -Â Sareum Holdings plc (AIM: SAR), a biotechnology company developing next generation kinase inhibitors for autoimmune disease and cancer, will announce its audited financial results for the year ended 30 June 2023 on Monday, 9 October 2023.

The Company will also be holding a live presentation to investors on Wednesday, 11 October 2023 at 10.00 am BST via the Investor Meet Company ("IMC") platform.

About Sareum
Sareum Holdings (AIM:SAR) is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing next generation kinase inhibitors for autoimmune disease and cancer.
The Company is focused on developing next generation small molecules which modify the activity of the JAK kinase family and have best-in-class potential.
