Sareum announces that Dr. Stephen Parker, Sareum's Chairman, and his wife purchased 461,949 and 674,272 shares at 0.95p each respectively yesterday. These are the only shares that Dr Parker or his wife own in the Company. Dr Parker's shareholding represents 0.017% of the Company's issued share capital and Dr Parker's wife's shareholding represents 0.025% of the Company's issued share capital.
