Annual General Meeting Adjourned The Company announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company scheduled for today at 12.00 noon was adjourned until Wednesday 5th January 2011 at 12.00 noon. The adjourned AGM will be held at Millennium House, 46 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1JB, British Isles.

Proxies which were properly deposited for today's AGM remain valid for the adjourned meeting.
