AMENDED FINAL TERMS

The Issuer hereby gives notice that the Final Terms dated 19 January 2026 in respect of the Securities (the "Original Final Terms") are amended and restated by a new set of Final Terms dated 25 February 2026 (the "Amended Final Terms"). The Amended Final Terms replace the Original Final Terms.
