Substantial shareholder dealings
The Company was notified on 11 December 2012 that Lynchwood Nominees Limited on behalf of William Jeffcock transferred 4,300,000 ordinary shares on 12 November 2012 to Nortrust Nominees Limited as nominee for Oilfield Steel Supply LLC, pursuant to an investment by William Jeffcock in Oilfield Steel Supply LLC.
The Company was further notified on 11 December 2012 that Lynchwood Nominees Limited on behalf of William Jeffcock transferred 2,000,000 ordinary shares on 15 November 2012 to Forest Nominees Limited as nominee for William Jeffcock.
Following conclusion of the above two transactions, Lynchwood Nominees Limited holds 2,409,352 ordinary shares on behalf of William Jeffcock, representing 2.84% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. William Jeffcock now holds a beneficial interest in a total of 4,409,352 ordinary shares, representing 5.20% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
