Saga plc ("the Company") was notified on 15 March 2016 that on the 14 March 2016 Evergreen SIP shares were purchased on behalf of the Directors and PDMRs below pursuant to the scheme rules associated with the Saga plc Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") (ordinary shares of 182.1000 pence per share), in London by Capita IRG Trustees Limited the administrators of the Saga SIP.
