Saga plc ("the Company") was notified on 20th November 2015 that on the 19th November 2015 Dividend Shares were purchased on behalf of the Directors and PDMRs below pursuant to the dividend re-investment associated with the Saga plc Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") (ordinary shares of 2.115p per share), by Capita IRG Trustees Limited the administrators of the Saga SIP.
