Notification of Transactions by

Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

Pursuant to the notification obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies the following changes in the interests of directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") by the exercise of an option granted over Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") (including over associated dividend equivalent Shares) in London, as notified to the Company on 22 April 2016:

Subsequently, Mr Jonathan Hill transferred all 52,459 Shares into the name of a connected person, Cindy Weight, for nil consideration on 22 April 2016. Following the transfer, Mr Hill's total beneficial holding of Shares (including Shares held by a connected person) is 92,601 Shares.
