The Company's total issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) consists of 45,423,490 shares of 1 penny each. Science Group holds 762,384 shares in treasury and a further 104,400 shares are held by the Frontier Smart Technologies Employee Benefit Trust. The total number of voting rights in the Company following this announcement is therefore 45,319,090.
