Science Group plc (AIM: SAG) announces that it has today posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting. Both documents are available on the Company's website at www.sciencegroup.com.
The Annual General Meeting is to be held at 9.00 a.m. on 24 April 2019 at Harston Mill, Royston Road, Harston, Cambridge, CB22 7GG.
