Share Purchase by Incoming Chair

The Company today announces that it has been notified that the Company's incoming independent Non-Executive Chair, Zillah Byng-Thorne, has purchased 143,536 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

The purchase of 143,536 Ordinary Shares were made at an average price of 174 pence per share on 21 April 2023. Following the transaction, Zillah's beneficial interest in the Company amounts to a total of 143,536 Ordinary Shares representing 0.12% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.

Zillah's appointment to the Board of the Company is expected to be effective from 15 June 2023, subject to the completion of normal regulatory due diligence by the Company's Nomad. A further RNS will be announced in due course confirming her appointment.
