In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority,Ā RWS Holdings plcĀ ("RWS" or the "Company") notifies the market of the following:
As atĀ 30 November 2023, RWS's issued and fully paid share capital comprisedĀ 376,353,226 ordinary shares with a nominal value ofĀ 1 penceĀ each ("RWS Shares") with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any RWS Shares inĀ Treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in RWS isĀ 376,353,226 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, RWS under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
