Grant of options under the 2023 Save as you Earn (SAYE) scheme

In total, 287,292 share options were granted under the Group's SAYE scheme, which in normal circumstances will not be exercisable until the completion of a three-year savings period ending on 1 April 2026 and will be exercisable for a period of six months thereafter.
