RWS Holdings plc ("RWS" or "the Company"), a unique world-leading provider of technology-enabled language, content and intellectual property services, announces that it has been informed that Julie Southern, a non-executive director of the Company, has acquired 4,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 257.8 pence per share.
Following this share purchase, Julie Southern has a total beneficial interest in 4,000 Shares.
