AI and Technology Teach In

RWS Holdings plc ("RWS" or "the Group"), a unique world-leading provider of technology-enabled language, content and intellectual property services, is today hosting an Artificial Intelligence ("AI") and technology-focused teach in, starting at 2.00pm BST.

During today's event, the Group will demonstrate how it has been pursuing the strategy set out at its Capital Markets Day in 2022, with a specific focus on opportunities to drive both growth and efficiency through its unique range of AI and technology products, its AI-oriented services and its operating platform.

The event will set out the key differentiators that position RWS to be a beneficiary of AI and technology through a series of presentations from leaders across the Group that:

· explain how AI and technology are critical to RWS and its industry?, with evolving technologies having enabled the growth of the industry over decades;

· showcase the depth of the Group's capabilities, well-established product and service offering and longstanding expertise in AI and technology;

· illustrate how RWS sees AI contributing to growth and efficiency;

· demonstrate the symbiosis between AI and human intelligence in RWS's unique blend of service and technology, which brings synergies through the ability to innovate and train AI models in-house and unrivalled insight into the needs of the users of the technologies;

· outline some of its future AI and technology developments; and

· show that, as a long-standing partner, clients are trusting RWS to help them successfully navigate the responsible and ethical application of enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Live demonstrations of the Group's Language Weaver, Trados, Tridion and TrainAI offerings will also take place during the break and after the conclusion of the presentations.

No new material information will be disclosed about trading. An update on trading for the year ended 30 September 2023 is scheduled to be issued on 25 October 2023.
